Q: What form of K2 do you use?
A: We use MK 7 (menaquinone 7), the most bioavailable and longest acting form of Vitamin K2. It stays active in your system for approximately 72 hours, making once daily dosing effective.

Q: Why is the D3 dose 5,000 IU?
A: The standard RDA was set to prevent deficiency, not to optimize health. Clinical research consistently shows that 2,000–5,000 IU is the range associated with optimal serum vitamin D levels, particularly for adults with limited sun exposure.

Q: When should I take K2+D3?
